NICOLE FANNIN | CEO/Partner – Nicole’s background in pharmaceutical research gives her a unique perspective when it comes to working with clients. Methodical problem solving and focus on details are assets she brings to her positions. She started BE Branded with Tony Fannin in 2006.

Because she is a professional, a mom and a wife, she understands firsthand, how challenging a woman’s world is. With this, she provides BE Branded key insights on the real feelings and motivations behind women’s decision making process, whether it’s B2C or B2B.

CHRISTINA AGRESTI | CMO/Partner – Christina leads our marketing, strategy and business development efforts globally. She started her career in 1992 and has deep experience in branding, communications, marketing, sales and business leadership and has accumulated significant industry recognition. She has worked with some of the largest corporations in the world.

Christina is a crazy Italian from South Philly which you will realize the minute you hear her talk. She knows what great food is about (calls pasta sauce “gravy”) and has a strong love of family. Her true love is Ollie, a cute, Bichon Frise.

Christina has a bachelor degree from Liberty University and executive leadership degree from Wharton and Cornell. (Yes, she’s really, really smart.)

TONY FANNIN | VP Creative Director/Partner – Tony’s career started in 1984 in Chicago working with one of the largest agencies in the world. He learned how to say “da Bears” with the proper accent, was taught what a true Chicago dog was, and learned about marketing and advertising by working with Fortune 500 companies.

He started BE Branded in 2006 with Nicole. Over the years, he has developed an expertise in branding and marketing to women (a wife and 3 daughters jump started this journey). In his mind, the two are actually one. Women naturally “get” branding. It’s emotional loyalty.

Tony is a designer by trade and embraces the business side of marketing, a unique blend of creative and strategic. Over the years, he has won many advertising awards on a local, regional and national level and has been published in national design magazines.

TRACI GILLAND | VP Social Media Director – Traci heads up the BE Branded New York office and handles social media management and sales since 2007. She understands the importance of a company’s digital image and knows how to communicate in a way that is genuine and personable without sacrificing marketing objectives. This is a delicate balance and is difficult to achieve.

Her background is working with a lot of entertainers and musicians, on a national level. With this experience, she knows how important it is to keep your digital brand in tact.

Traci belongs in NYC (one of the few cities that can accommodate her larger-than-life personality). Though raised in Indiana, she feels right at home there. Odd, how life will lead you where you belong.
